Complaints and appeals
Complaints are submitted in a written form not later than 14 days as of:
• the date of receipt of the subject of proficiency testing
• the date of submitting the results of the proficiency testing
• the date of the receipt of the final report
The customer’s claim is submitted in the form of a “Claim Sheet” PTS-F 5.8-1 to the Manager of PT Provider PTS Bulgaria at PTS Bulgaria Ltd who is also a Manager of the current PT scheme.
The time limit for settlement of the customer complaint on behalf of PT Provider PTS Bulgaria at PTS Bulgaria Ltd is 30 business days as of the date of acceptance of the claim.
