Complaints and appeals
The Proficiency Testing Provider PTS Bulgaria, operating under PTS Bulgaria Ltd., considers only complaints and objections submitted in written form, accompanied by appropriate justification and clearly identifying the submitting party.
The Quality Manager receives all submitted complaints and appeals and registers them in Form F 7.6-1 Register of Received Complaints and Apppeals, and informs the person who submitted the complaint or appleal of the assigned registration number.
